• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• You retain ownership of all content you create (photos, notes, voice).
• By sharing content in a tracker, you grant access to members of that tracker.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

• Shared trackers allow multiple users to contribute content.
• You are responsible for what you share and who you invite.
• We are not responsible for how other users interact with your shared content.

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No attempts to disrupt or abuse the platform.

• We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The app, design, and code are owned by Kester Atakere.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
