• Your content is private unless you explicitly share it in a tracker.
• We collect only essential data required to run the service.
• We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

• Account info: name, phone number, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details associated with Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or phone-based authentication.
• User content: photos, memos, voice notes, tracker names, reminders, and recap exports you create in the app.
• Shared data: content visible within shared trackers.
• Contacts (optional): used to find friends on Streaks.
• Device, diagnostics, and usage data: basic product analytics, crash/performance signals, app version, and device metadata used for reliability and product improvement.
• Location and media permissions (optional): approximate or precise location for location-gated trackers, microphone access for voice notes, notification preferences for reminders, music-library access for recap soundtrack selection, and biometrics used locally on your device for locked trackers.
• Subscription data: subscription status, purchases, renewals, and restore events processed through Apple and RevenueCat.

• Provide and maintain your account.
• Enable collaboration in shared trackers.
• Sync data across devices.
• Process purchases, trials, renewals, and subscription restores.
• Improve performance and features.
• Respond to support requests.

• Memo refinement features are designed to improve clarity and formatting for text you choose to edit.
• We do not use your private journal content to train public AI models.
• If cloud-based AI providers are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to identify them and explain the data involved.

• Content is only shared with users you invite to a tracker.
• We rely on service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, sync, storage, analytics, notifications, and app reliability, and RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure.
• Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription billing.
• We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
• Data may be disclosed if required by law.

• Data is retained while your account is active.
• You can delete content or your account anytime.
• Full deletion is completed within 30 days of request.

• Access, update, or delete your data.
• Control sharing and permissions.
• Withdraw consent (e.g. contacts access).
• Request account deletion and export-related support.

• We use industry-standard security measures.
• Private trackers can be protected with device authentication (Face ID / biometrics).
• Biometric checks for locked trackers are handled by Apple on your device. We do not receive or store your biometric templates.
• No system is completely secure.

• Not intended for users under 13, or a higher minimum age if required by your local law.
• We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

• We may update this policy.
• Changes are reflected in the updated date.
