Need help with your account, subscription, shared trackers, or data? Start here.

1. Contact Support

Email support@streaks.app and include the email or phone number associated with your account, the device you are using, and a short description of the issue.

2. Subscription and Billing

Streaks Plus subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel or manage a subscription, open your Apple subscription settings. For refund requests, Apple’s refund process and policies apply.

3. Shared Tracker Issues

If a shared tracker is missing content, invitations are not arriving, or member access looks wrong, send the tracker name and a short description of what happened so we can investigate.

4. Delete Your Account or Data

To request account deletion, email support@streaks.app from the address associated with your account and clearly state that you want your account deleted. Deletion requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Response Time

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response time may vary during launches or high-volume periods.
